Policies Deposits • Deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits can be used to reschedule within one week of the original appointment. After one week, a new deposit is required. Lace Installs • Please drop off lace at least 2 days before your appointment. • If your lace is pre-colored or pre-bleached, drop-off is not required. • Same-day customization will incur a $70 fee. • If extensions need coloring, please drop them off 1 week before your appointment. • Unaccepted lace types: • T-Part • Synthetic wigs • Wigs not previously installed by me Silk Press • Silk press services are not available for children under 10 years old. • If your hair is below bra-strap length, include this in the client notes; an additional $45 up-charge applies for a longer time slot. VIP Krown Experience • Payments: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. • Cancellations: If you cancel or discontinue the package, no refunds will be issued. • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are forfeited. • Late Payments: Payments made more than 3 days past the due date will incur a $50 late fee. • Payment Completion: Failure to complete payments by the final due date may result in forfeiture of remaining services in the package. Payments • Remaining balances must be paid via cash or card only. Late Arrivals • Please notify me if you are running late. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and the card on file will be charged a last-minute cancellation fee. Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the service amount. No Call/No Show • In the event of a no call/no show, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service amount, and you will be banned from booking in the future. Additional Notes • No Kids or Extra Guests: Only clients receiving services are allowed in the salon. • Appointment Details: Location, instructions, and details will be sent via email every Sunday. • Street Parking: Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to find parking. Fees for Cancellations/No Shows • If an attempt to collect a cancellation or no-show fee fails due to an insufficient card on file, you will be banned from booking in the future. Refunds & Service Issues • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after services have been rendered. • For complaints or issues, a solution will be discussed.
